Vault Security takes the health and safety of our team, customers and contractors extremely seriously.
It is our priority to provide a safe working environment and we have strict processes and procedures in place to ensure we can meet these high standards whilst delivering a safe and exceptional customer experience.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Vault Security developed a ‘Safe Places’ programme to ensure we are meeting the highest standards available in hygiene, safety and security.
As the laws around health and safety change regularly, and we value the importance of our team’s and customers well-being, Vault Security has a Health and Safety Officer as well as a Committee in place to ensure we are meeting our legal obligations as well as proactively acting on the processes in place and reducing risk and hazards.
Documentation that is regularly updated and checked to meet these obligations include:
- Individual site Health and Safety Policy
- Hazards Register
- Contractors and site visitor sign in/out and induction procedures
- Near misses, incident, and notifiable event reporting
- Emergency procedures
