GateSafe

Specific training given to all team working security gates. This includes traffic management and safety training, Blind spot management, Parking and placement training and positional awareness.

Crowd Culture

Understanding the culture of how a crowd works, how it changes depending on small and large impacting issues and how to proactively find and reduce these issues to mitigate and manage the culture of the crowd as a total. (more to come)

Event Risk Survey

A comprehensive study of all aspects of an event in the planning stages to ensure our customer is aware of not only areas they have predetermined as needed security support – but also any aspects the Vault security team have assessed.

Hosts

Vault team that have not only all their qualifications and licences, service and heath and safety training, but have also been singled out for advanced customer care training to ensure they have the highest standards of customer interaction.

Tap & Trace

Technology system that allows Vault to trace when an guard has completed any aspect of their shift security processes in real time.

Safe Places

With new expectations around health and safety and social distancing, Vault has a 30 point safety checklist to ensure team and (where possible) guests have the resources and support to keep clean and safe. This includes PPE gear as assessed in any survey.
